During this 2.5-hour class, the student will learn how to re-position the rifle to the student’s weak-side shoulder.  This skill is necessary so that the student can remain capable of continuing the engagement if an injury is received, or if being behind cover demands shooting from the weak side.    At the completion of this class, the student will be able to operate the rifle proficiently from either the right or left shoulder, including from behind cover.   This is a necessary skill in the pursuit of becoming a well-rounded rifleman.​

The student will shoot approximately 100 rounds.

Students must complete Foundations Pistol prior to this class.
